XS : 21 - 22 inch

S : 22 - 23 inch

M : 23 - 24 inch

L : 24 - 25 inch

XL : 25 - 26 inch

Sizing

1 - Place a soft measuring tape along the outside edge of your shoulder in the middle (similar to where your shoulder shirt seam would be).
2 - Drape the measuring tape across your body down to the top of your opposite hip bone.
3 - Measuring tape should be loose across your body.
4 - Use the sizing chart to find your size.

and if you are having a baby bum,

1 - Have a friend use a soft measuring tape and place it at the outside edge of your shoulder (where your shirt seam is).
2 - Have your friend pull the tape measure closer so it comes down across your back and to your opposite hip. Be sure the tape comes to the top of the opposite hip bone on your back but close to the side of your body
3 - Find your size on the chart.
